Works with or without a ring_buffer_iter.
* runtime/transport/ring_buffer.c (_stp_find_next_event): Works with or
without a ring_buffer iterator.
(_stp_find_next_event): Ditto.
(_stp_data_read_trace): Ifdef'ed out using ring_buffer iterators.
(_stp_get_iterator): New function.
(_stp_data_write_reserve): Calls _stp_get_iterator().
