Add eventlet backdoor to facilitate troubleshooting.
This provides a FLAG to turn on Eventlet's builtin backdoor server which
allows you to connect over telnet and receive a Python prompt (which is
immensely helpful for debugging running systems).
Fixes bug 1000366
