Use volume driver specific exceptions
Change generic use of exception.NovaException in the nova/volume directory
to specific exceptions. The exceptions used in this patch are:
exception.VolumeBackendAPIException
exception.InvalidInput
exception.InvalidVolume
exception.VolumeAtatched
Patch includes updates to the appropriate tests as well.
