Virtual Storage Array (VSA) feature.
- new Virtual Storage Array (VSA) objects / OS API extensions / APIs / CLIs
- new schedulers for selecting nodes with particular volume capabilities
- new special volume driver
- report volume capabilities
- some fixes for volume types
