Modified sample tests to FlavorExtraData API.
Added subs wherever applicable.
Added checks for correct return codes after REST ops
Modified sample tests to FlavorManage API to differentiate them
from the ones in FlavorExtraData.
Partially implements blueprint nova-api-samples
