Fix libguestfs operation with specified partitions
* nova/virt/disk/guestfs.py (mnt_dev): Convert the partition
parameter to int, so we now support a "1" string passed from
nova/virt/libvirt/connection.py. Also diagnose any
unconvertible strings.
