With this branch, boot-from-volume can be marked as completed in some sense.
The remaining is minor if any and will be addressed as bug fixes.
With this branch the following is enabled.
- describe instance attribute
- get_metadata for euca-bundle-vol
- root/ephemeral/swap device support
