virt/libvirt: format ephemeral device and add fs label when formating ext3 fs
his patch fixes the but reported by

The ephemeral device is formated as ext3 on Amazon ec2.
The new options, vir_mkfs, is introduced.
virt_mkfs use the format of <os_type>=<mkfs command>
