* Remove nova.auth.dbdriver
* Remove nova.auth.ldapdriver
* Remove nova.auth.signer
* Remove arbitrary scripts and schemas in nova/auth/
* Remove nova/auth/novarc.template
* Remove or update affected tests
* Related to bp remove-deprecated-auth
