Added support for StrictHostKeyChecking and UserKnownHostsFile parameters.

Added OpenSSH parameters to libssh:
  - StrictHostKeyChecking
  - UserKnownHostsFile

This parameters are useful to avoid checking the fingerprint. Eg:

~/.ssh/config:
    Host 192.10.20.30
    StrictHostKeyChecking no
    UserKnownHostsFile /dev/null
