I'm still working on it. I will release an independant Pear
package for Lasso 0.6.

Add Federation Terminaison metadata on the idp and sp

A now table was added 'sso_session' for storing information about the
PHP Session, it's possible to view logged user
Logout destroy the PHP session in the IdP
