NIM 1.2 HtmlHelp User Documentation

Update all text for NIM 1.2.

Update most screen images.

Convert all images to PNG format from BMP in order to reduce the
size of the files.

Ensure that all pages are accessible via a path beginning at the
welcome.htm page.
