Adds unit testing base class that takes care of
much of the tedium around setting up test fixtures. This
first commit just demoes the new test case functionality
with a new test case /test/unit/test_authn_v2.py.
If y'all like it, I can convert the existing unit tests
to this approach.
To run, simply run:
nosetests -v test.unit.test_authn_v2
