Update mod_nss cipher list so there is overlap with a 4.x master

dogtag updated its cipher list, disabling a lot of ciphers, which
causes an overlap problem with a RHEL 6.x IPA master.

This update script adds the two available ciphers to the nss.conf
so that creating a CA replica is possible.

Improve Python configuration for LGTM

Define OS and Python package dependencies and build the project for
Python, too.

Py3: Remove subclassing from object

Python 2 had old style and new style classes. Python 3 has only new
style classes. There is no point to subclass from object any more.

The directory contained a script to generate mod_nss configuration
snippet. Since FreeIPA moved to mod_ssl, it is no longer of use.

logging: do not reference loggers in arguments and attributes

Remove logger arguments in all functions and logger attributes in all
objects, with the exception of API object logger, which is now deprecated.
Replace affected logger calls with module-level logger calls.

lite-server: validate LDAP connection and cache schema

New lite-server implementation

The new development server depends on werkzeug instead of paste. The
werkzeug WSGI server comes with some additional features, most
noticeable multi-processing server. The IPA framework is not compatible
with threaded servers. Werkzeug can serve static files easily and has a
fast auto-reloader.

The new lite-server implementation depends on PR 314 (privilege
separation). For Python 3 support, it additionally depends on PR 393.
