As a domain member we should always use a DC of our own domain.
It would be possible to pass all sids in one single dcerpc_wbint_LookupSids()
call. For now we just fix bug.

This does not check whether the given sid is in our domain, but
but whether it belongs to the local sam, which is a different
thing on a domain member server.

Much of the code further down and up the call chain expects the
structures wb_lookupsids returns to be allocated. Do that despite
we have nothing to look up.

The wrong fix for bug #8215 discovered this bug, as it caused
sam_rids_to_names() to always return NT_STATUS_NONE_MAPPED.
