mlvirtmanager renamed as virt-ctrl.

	* .hgignore, Makefile.in, configure.ac: Rename
	  mlvirtmanager as virt-ctrl to avoid any confusion with
	  the real virt-manager.
	* mlvirtmanager/, virt-ctrl/: Subdirectory moved.
	* README: Supporting documentation updated.
