appliance: Switch to using 'iproute' ('ip' command) from 'net-tools' (RHBZ#784647).
Change 'ifconfig' and 'netstat' commands to use 'ip' instead.
'iproute' was already included in the appliance, so this reduces the
size of the appliance accordingly.
