sysprep: remove user accounts
Remove user accounts from /etc/passwd, /etc/group,
/etc/shadow, and the home directory of the user,
except the root user.

RWMJ:
- Updated to use Augeas to delete accounts.
- Disable this by default, since it is very invasive.
