guestfish: diagnose stdout write failure

Use gnulib's closeout module to ensure any failure to write to
stdout is detected and reported.
* fish/fish.c: Include "closeout.h".
(main): Call atexit (close_stdout);
* bootstrap (modules): Add closeout.
