Subject: Inserted dummy <author> element at the right place, just after the
 colophon.  Since it references a dummy "FIXME" worker, the document will not
 validate yet, and this is a GOOD thing because it needs more editing.

Added 'order="newest-first"' attribute to the <changelog> element,
so that the generated document will have the correct structure.
