Hardware: Added Baseboard (Motherboard) Provider
New Providers: * LMI_BaseboardProvider * LMI_BaseboardContainerProvider Other Changes: * Removed useless providers_SRCS from CMakeLists.txt * Better, human friendly chassis name if type is not avaiable
