GUI: don't try to use action plugins as reporters

- action plugins can be specified in AnalyzerActionsAndReporters,
  but those are run automatically when user press "report" and gui
  shouldn't show them in reporter selector

  until he closes the gui

removed unsecure reading/writting from ~HOME directory

- daemon eunning under root can't read/write from ~HOME, so
reading/writting config files have been moved to client (GUI)
- uses gnome keyring to store the credentials
