- files in /etc/abrt/plugins are meant for global settings and the
  daemon sends the content of these files to the client anyway, so
  there is no point making them not-readable for non-root users

rename .GTKBuilder to .glade

- it seems that intltool ignores the GTKBuilder suffix,
  so the strings from our plugin settings dialog were not
  translatable, renaming to .glade seems to fix this

wire up SSLVerify in RHTSupport.conf to actually have the desired effect
