rename .GTKBuilder to .glade

- it seems that intltool ignores the GTKBuilder suffix,
  so the strings from our plugin settings dialog were not
  translatable, renaming to .glade seems to fix this

The Logger plugin returns a message as the result of Report() call instead of a file URL.
