Subject: Improved compatibility for mspec. * Makefile.in (update-rubyspec):
 renamed the rubyspec directory   "spec". Changed directory structure.

* Makefile.in (test-rubyspec): ditto.

* spec/README: described the structure of "spec" directory.

* spec/default.mspec: configured for Matz's Ruby Implementation.
