Use a script to update DEBUG macro invocations to use it as a variadic
macro, supplying format string and its arguments directly, instead of
wrapping them in parens.
This script was used to update the code:
grep -rwl --include '*.[hc]' DEBUG . |
while read f; do
mv "$f"{,.orig}
perl -e \
'use strict;
use File::Slurp;
my $text=read_file(\*STDIN);
$text=~s#(\bDEBUG\s*\([^(]+)\((.*?)\)\s*\)\s*;#$1$2);#gs;
print $text;' < "$f.orig" > "$f"
rm "$f.orig"
done

Declarations of public functions was in header files,

Some platform have header file endian.h and anothers have sys/endian.h.
We nedd to use conditional build to handle it correctly, therefore new header
file sss_endian.h was created.

This is mostly a cosmetic patch.
The purpose of wrapping a multi-line macro in a do { } while(0) is to
make the macro usable as a regular statement, not a compound statement.
When the while(0) is terminated with a semicolon, the do { } while(0);
block becomes a compound statement again.

Adds two utility functions to obfuscate a password and inverse to
extract the cleartext password back.
So far, only NSS-based implementation is provided.

A refactoring patch that creates a common util/crypto subdir with
per-implementation subdirectories for each underlying crypto library
supported by SSSD.
