Use a script to update DEBUG macro invocations to use it as a variadic
macro, supplying format string and its arguments directly, instead of
wrapping them in parens.
This script was used to update the code:

Dead assignments were deleted. Also prototype of function
sdap_access_decide_offline() has been changed, since its return
code was never used.

with num_options == 0, the return value as well as the left operand
of comparison on line 214 would be undefined.
