This patch converts the drivers in drivers/mfd/* to use module_pci_driver()
macro which makes the code smaller and a bit simpler.

After adding the MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE, below entries will be added to
modules.pcimap:

This device has GPIO, SPI and I2C capabilities.
The hardware can be found in the OLPC XO-1.5 laptop.
