AddressXlation.h: Updated to use latest versions from the Apple's
MacTCP Universal Interface. (For PowerPC port).
MacTCP.h: New header file from Apple's Universal Interface
GetMyIPAddr.h, MacTCPCommonTypes.h, TCPPB.h, UDPPB.h: Removed old
MacTCP header files.
