In the toplevel source directory (the one containing the INSTALL file):

    make rpm

      This will make an RPM, and put it in the subdirectory 
      RPMS/<ARCH>/fastback-<VERSION>-<REVISION>.rpm

  You can also do a

    make 
    make install

  for a more traditional, non-rpm, build and install.
