Update for F18 final release. Changes include:

- replace ntp with chrony
- remove /etc/RELEASE datestamp
- change all hostnames to localhost
- move xorg.conf file for XFCE images
- add kickstarts for Soft-FP (armv5tel) images

Initial git repo for F18 kickstarts (used for Beta).
