Subject: Use builddate.xml for the builddate entity and have builddate.xml be

	* docs/reference/entities.docbook.in:

	* docs/Makefile.am:
	* configure.ac:
	Use builddate.xml for the builddate entity and have builddate.xml be
	updated when the docs are built not during configure time.
