	* pygobject.c (pygobject_get_property, pygobject_set_property):
	Use param conversion functions
	
	* gobjectmodule.c (pyg_parse_constructor_args): reorder local variable
	declaration so it will compile with VC++
	
	* tests/testconversion.py: tests for above
