python: Fix networkLookupByUUID

According to:

http://libvirt.org/html/libvirt-libvirt.html#virNetworkLookupByUUID

virNetworkLookupByUUID() expects a virConnectPtr as its first argument,
thus making it a method of the virConnect Python class.

Currently it's a method of libvirt.virNetwork.
