* Makefile.cfg (local-checks-to-skip): Remove sc_trailing_blank.
* .x-sc_trailing_blank: New file, to exempt the few binary files.

* src/libvirt.c: make sure we always initialize the lib
* python/tests/*.py: start updating exemple for exception
  handling as pointed by Jim Meyering

  also fixing the binding for getting a domain UUID
* python/tests/Makefile.am python/tests/uuid.py: added a test
  for the new UUID API
