* ARM: rmobile: Fix module clock controls refer status on Gen3Hiroyuki Yokoyama2018-10-181-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | When referring to the MSTPSR register, it contains the clock status of SYS, RT, SECURE, and controlling SMSTPCR using this value has the problem of being affected by the RT and SECURE status.This patch changes the reference register to SMSTPCR. Signed-off-by: Hiroyuki Yokoyama <hiroyuki.yokoyama.vx@renesas.com>
* ARM: rmobile: Tidy up SYSC_PWRx define of 3DG on Gen3Hiroyuki Yokoyama2018-10-181-6/+0
| | | | | | Tidy up unused definition related to power control of 3DG. Signed-off-by: Hiroyuki Yokoyama <hiroyuki.yokoyama.vx@renesas.com>
* ARM: rmobile: salvator-x: Remove GSX clock force supplyHiroyuki Yokoyama2018-10-181-12/+0
| | | | | | | GSX clock force supply code is unnecessary at U-Boot, because GSX clock control is supported at the kernel driver. Signed-off-by: Hiroyuki Yokoyama <hiroyuki.yokoyama.vx@renesas.com>
* ARM: rmobile: Remove Watchdog and CPG settings on Gen3Hiroyuki Yokoyama2018-10-181-13/+0
| | | | | | | This code is unnecessary, because these registers are set by the initial program loader (IPL). Signed-off-by: Hiroyuki Yokoyama <hiroyuki.yokoyama.vx@renesas.com>
* ARM: rmobile: Remove TMU0/TMU1 settings on Gen3Hiroyuki Yokoyama2018-10-181-5/+0

* SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel styleTom Rini2018-05-071-2/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line) and with slightly different comment styles than us. In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style. This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag and have introduced one. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
* ARM: rmobile: Add R8A77965 Salvator-XS board supportMarek Vasut2018-03-051-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | Add R8A77965 M3N Salvator-XS development kit support. This kit is similar to the other Salvator-X(S) ones, except is has M3N SoC on it. Signed-off-by: Marek Vasut <marek.vasut+renesas@gmail.com> Cc: Nobuhiro Iwamatsu <iwamatsu@nigauri.org>
* ARM: rmobile: Configure DRAM sizes from DTMarek Vasut2017-11-301-24/+4
| | | | | | | | | Drop the ad-hoc DRAM configuration with macros and just decode the DRAM configuration from device tree instead. This makes it far cleaner and easier. Signed-off-by: Marek Vasut <marek.vasut+renesas@gmail.com> Cc: Nobuhiro Iwamatsu <iwamatsu@nigauri.org>
* ARM: rmobile: Zap rmobile_sysinfo on Gen3Marek Vasut2017-11-301-4/+0
| | | | | | | | Since checkboard() is gone, rmobile_sysinfo is also pointless on Gen3. Furthermore, nuke ad-hoc CONFIG_RCAR_BOARD_STRING which is also dead. Signed-off-by: Marek Vasut <marek.vasut+renesas@gmail.com> Cc: Nobuhiro Iwamatsu <iwamatsu@nigauri.org>
* ARM: rmobile: Drop CPU type ifdef from salvator-xMarek Vasut2017-11-301-7/+9
| | | | | | | | We can now use rmobile_get_cpu_type() to check the CPU ID rather than using a macro, make it so. Signed-off-by: Marek Vasut <marek.vasut+renesas@gmail.com> Cc: Nobuhiro Iwamatsu <iwamatsu@nigauri.org>
* ARM: rmobile: Stop using rcar-common/common.c on Gen3Marek Vasut2017-11-301-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | Since the Gen3 clock driver now has a .remove callback, it is no longer necessary to shut the clock down before booting Linux in the arch_preboot_os hook. Stop using it and while doing so, remove all the ad-hoc config options which this hook used. Signed-off-by: Marek Vasut <marek.vasut+renesas@gmail.com> Cc: Nobuhiro Iwamatsu <iwamatsu@nigauri.org>
* ARM: rmobile: Zap ad-hoc PFC and GPIO setup in board filesMarek Vasut2017-09-281-117/+0
| | | | | | | | | | At long last, nuke all this ad-hoc setup in board files in favor of letting PFC pinmux and GPIO drivers do the same job, but based on DT description of the hardware rather than this board-file ugliness. * ARM: rmobile: Switch to DM PFC pinmux and GPIO driverMarek Vasut2017-09-281-0/+2
| | | | | | | | | | Enable the PFC pinmux and GPIO drivers and disable the SH GPIO combo driver. This allows the drivers to obtain pinmux and GPIO configuration from DT rather than hard-coding it in board files. * ARM: rmobile: Remove SD clock configuration from board filesMarek Vasut2017-09-241-18/+0
| | | | | | | | | The configuration is now fully performed by the SD and clk drivers, so remove it from the board file. Signed-off-by: Marek Vasut <marek.vasut+renesas@gmail.com> Cc: Nobuhiro Iwamatsu <iwamatsu@nigauri.org> Signed-off-by: Nobuhiro Iwamatsu <iwamatsu@nigauri.org>
* ARM: rmobile: Move HSUSB configuration to board on Salvator-XMarek Vasut2017-09-121-0/+16
| | | | | | | | | | | | In order to use ehci-generic driver, move the configuration of HSUSB block into the board file. This configuration should not have been in the Gen3 EHCI USB driver in the first place, so move it to the board file until there is a proper infrastructure and driver for the HSUSB block. * ARM: rmobile: Fix SD divider settings on Gen3Marek Vasut2017-09-071-4/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | On RCar M3 and on RCar H3 newer than and not including ES1.0, the SD clock must be divided by 4 rather than 2 because a hardware workaround present only in the H3 ES1.0 has been removed from these chips. U-Boot currently only supports M3 and H3 ES 2.0 and newer, so configure the SD pre-divider to 4 to prevent SD instability. * ARM: rmobile: Drop board_mmc_initMarek Vasut2017-09-051-7/+2
| | | | | | | | | The board_mmc_init() is no longer invoked when DM is used, so move all the pinmux config into board_init() instead. Signed-off-by: Marek Vasut <marek.vasut+renesas@gmail.com> Cc: Nobuhiro Iwamatsu <iwamatsu@nigauri.org> Signed-off-by: Nobuhiro Iwamatsu <iwamatsu@nigauri.org>
* ARM: rmobile: Replace CONFIG_RAVB with CONFIG_RENESAS_RAVB in boardsMarek Vasut2017-09-051-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | The configuration option name is the later, so replace usage of CONFIG_RAVB in board files with CONFIG_RENESAS_RAVB , otherwise the RAVB pinmux is not set and ethernet does not work.
