| | | | | | Move this uncommon header out of the common header. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
* SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel styleTom Rini2018-05-072-5/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line) and with slightly different comment styles than us. In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style. This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag and have introduced one. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
* Remove unnecessary instances of DECLARE_GLOBAL_DATA_PTRTom Rini2018-04-271-2/+0
| | | | | | | | We have a large number of places where while we historically referenced gd in the code we no longer do, as well as cases where the code added that line "just in case" during development and never dropped it. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
* MIPS: QCA AP143: remove debug_uart_init callÁlvaro Fernández Rojas2017-05-101-3/+0
| | | | | | | | In order to add a generic MIPS debug_uart_init call right before the call to board_early_init_f, we need to remove all calls to debug_uart_init from every MIPS boards. Signed-off-by: Álvaro Fernández Rojas <noltari@gmail.com>
* mips: ath79: ap143: Reset ethernet on bootWills Wang2016-05-311-0/+2
| | | | | | This patch reset the ethernet controller for ap143 board Signed-off-by: Wills Wang <wills.wang@live.com>
* MIPS: Split I & D cache line size configPaul Burton2016-05-311-1/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | | Allow L1 Icache & L1 Dcache line size to be specified separately, since there's no architectural mandate that they be the same. The [id]cache_line_size functions are tidied up to take advantage of the fact that the Kconfig entries are always present to simply check them for zero rather than needing to #ifdef on their presence. * MIPS: Move cache sizes to KconfigPaul Burton2016-05-311-0/+9
| | | | | | | | | | | | Move details of the L1 cache line sizes & total sizes into Kconfig, defaulting to 0. A new CONFIG_SYS_CACHE_SIZE_AUTO Kconfig entry is introduced to allow platforms to select auto-detection of cache sizes, and it defaults to being enabled if none of the cache sizes are set by the configuration (ie. sizes are all the default 0), and code is adjusted to #ifdef on that rather than on the definition of the sizes (which will always be defined even if 0). * MIPS: Move CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE to KconfigPaul Burton2016-05-261-0/+3
| | | | | | | | | Move CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE to Kconfig, and add default values in board Kconfig files matching what was present in their config headers. This will make it cleaner to conditionalise the value for Malta based on 32 vs 64 bit builds. Signed-off-by: Paul Burton <paul.burton@imgtec.com>
* mips: ath79: add AP143 reference boardWills Wang2016-05-214-0/+89
This patch add board-level code and base DT for AP143. Signed-off-by: Wills Wang <wills.wang@live.com> [updated defconfig, enabled CONFIG_USE_PRIVATE_LIBGCC=y] Signed-off-by: Daniel Schwierzeck <daniel.schwierzeck@gmail.com>
